PRT2015 1st Stop: Kcafe

As you all know, I joined the Pampanga Restaurant Tour last November 29-30 together with Pampanga Bloggers. It was organized by the ever beautiful Ms. Aileen of Flavors of the World and the hyper Chef Will of Will Explore Philippines. I posted the event here. 

Too bad I was not able to attend the second day because I have work in the evening. I know GY shift sucks.

Anyway, our first stop is Kcafe in the Quad Nepo. Kcafe is not new to me since it is our barkada's favorite hangout. I am not kidding when I said it is our favorite. Want proofs?

See, we really love hanging out in Kcafe, the ambiance is so good and not to mention the foods.

That's why I am very happy when the organizers of the Pampang Restaurant Tour 2015 said that Kcafe is one of the restaurants that we will visit.

Vietnamese Spring Roll - These delish Spring rolls are not your typical Vietnamese version because the greens and Vermicelli were outside the rolls.

Asian Gambas - Mildly Spicy Shrimps in a bed of Vermicelli Noodles. I must say I love this! But I have to eat shrimps in moderate because if not, I will get allergies all over my face :(

My favorite! - California Maki Salad

Shredded Cabbage, diced Mango, Nori and greens w/ delish mayo-wasabi dressing.

Verdict: Kcafe is one of favorite restaurant here in Pampanga so I know I am biased! hehe. But anyway, overall it's an A+++ for me! From the staff, to the place and ofcourse to the food, you'll never get wrong!

Special thanks to Ms. Caren, owner of Kcafe for being so generous and accommodating. We've met before during our blogger's night in Bif's Smoke and Grill. Too bad I was not able to attend the 2nd day of the tour since Bif's is in the Itinerary on that day.
