Staycation: Hotel Vanna, Angeles City
One rainy Saturday night after work, me and my hubby had a chance to stay at a quaint hotel in Korean town, in Friendship Hiway Angeles City.. Hotel Vanna formerly known as Valentines Hotel (if I am not mistaken) and it was relaunched this June 2016
We were greeted with warm smiles from their staff and they gave us a form to fill out and also the Wifi Password. It is such a great timing to be invited by Hotel Vanna since we are are itching to relax.
The interior design of Hotel Vanna reflects the old renaissance period. The grand staircase and the comfortable chairs caught my attention.
And unto the room. I love how it is all white. My bed "peg" is all white because of it is indeed instagrammable. My husband love the bed so much that upon arrival in our room he lay down on the bed.
They have the Holy Bible in their rooms..
They have a flat screen tv with cable network, small ref, and water kettle for morning coffee. This is the life, rainy night, comfortable bed, your favorite show, and a cup of coffee. the feels..
And as for the bathroom, it is well maintained and very clean, it's just that the toilet doesn't have a bidet. But they have hygiene kit just like with other hotels.
After inspecting our room and settling down our stuff, we took a quick nap then we went out to have dinner. Since Hotel Vanna is situated near Korean Restaurants, we had Unlimited Samgyeupsal at BabJip Korean Restaurant.
After dinner, we checked the swimming pool but unfortunately it is under maintenance.
We capped the night off after watching TV. It was indeed a great sleep. In the morning we asked for the receptionist about the breakfast and we went to the hotel's restaurant.
Korean food all the way :) Then we went upstairs to prepare our stuff and we checked out at 12:00NN. We want to extend our stay but we have to go to Fontana to celebrate our Nephews Birthday.
All in all we really had a very relaxing stay at Hotel Vanna. It is indeed a great experience.
What I love about Hotel Vanna:
* Having God as the center of their business.
* It is very accessible
* The bed are so comfortable
* It has cable TV
* The staffs are hospitable and very approachable.
* Rates are very reasonable
What Hotel Vanna needs to improve:
* They need to install more art pieces especially in their rooms since the walls are blank.
* Their swimming pool to be available at all times.
