Review: BENCH Clear Pore Charcoal Cleansing Strip
Hello there dearies! How was your day :) I bet you had a great weekend as well. But I will not dwell much on how my weekend went by because I have a separate post for that ( If I'm not lazy ) For today, I will review about my staple beauty product. I've been using this since college. It is the BENCH Clear Pore Charcoal Cleansing Strip.
Let's start the review:
Price: ♥♥♥♥♥
This product is awesome and it's dirt cheap as well. For only 22 pesos or $0.55 you'll get a nose strip that is worth hoarding for.
Product Information;
Front :
* Feel the magnetic cleansing power of natural charcoal extract.
Back:
* Ingredients: Water, Butylene Glycol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Polyouaternium-11, PVP, Silica, Hamamelis Virginia (Witch Hazel: Yay! >.<_) Extract, Dimethicone, Iron Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, CI77267, Melaleca Alternifolia (Tea tree >.<) Leaf Oil, Menthol, Methylparaben (ouch -.- )
* Made in Korea
Its Promise: ♥♥♥♥♥
As per product information at the back: "Bench Clearpore Charcoal Cleansing Strip cleans hard to reach pores and pulls out all buried impurities. It seeks out dirt and other pore clogging material, leaving your pores cleaner and less visible. Use at least once a week to feel the natural charcoal extract's cleansing effect."
Caution: Next photos will be icky gross; >.< haha.
My oily and full of blackhead nose. ^-^ |
Instructions:
1. Wash wash wash..
2. I advice steaming your nose first so it will open up your pores. Get a basin, pour hot water, drape a towel over your head and wait for around 10 minutes.
3. Thoroughly wet your nose because the product won't stick if your nose is dry.
4. Place smooth side of the strip down on the center of the nose. Press the strip to ensure good contact with the skin.
the glossy side of the product |
5. Leave cleansing strip to dry for 10-15 minutes or more. Strip will begin to feel stiff to indicate that it is ready to be peeled off.
the obligatory #selfie while waiting . haha |
6. Carefully peel off strip, starting at the edges pulling towards the center.
7. Rinse off any residue left on the skin.
Warning: Next photo will be gross again. haha >.<
see??? wow! I love seeing my blackheads.. haha :)) |

AHHH I remember this! I've used this once before when I was still in college. Memories. Haha. I think it's one of the first nose strips I've tried. It was a long time ago, though, so I can't remember how well it worked on me. Reading your post makes me want to check it out again. Followed you on Bloglovin!
